What to expect...
I first balance the 7 chakras. These are the main energy centers to our body and connect to our major organs. Then I scan the body by lightly touching to see if I "feel" any areas that could have energy blocked. I just lightly lay my hands in the concerned areas connecting to source energy. This isn't like massage, you're fully dressed, just shoes off. Clients say they feel tingling and warmth throughout their body. They sleep better and if they did have areas of pain, the pain is often reduced.
Energy healing can also bring up blocked emotions, since emotions are "energy-in-motion".
The long-term effects of keeping our energy balanced is staying healthy. When our body's energies are not at "ease" they create "dis-ease".
About me
Hello, my name is Jill. I was drawn to energy healing when I saw so many co-workers affected by high stress workloads. I wanted to be able to help others heal themselves. I took classes and immediately knew I was ready for the career change! We have the power to heal ourselves. I have seen the results of high stress on our bodies but also the power to heal. The effects of life take a toll on all of us emotionally and then physically when suppressed. Energy healing is one way to bring balance back to your bodies energy centers, keeping you energetically aligned and in an optimum state for good health.
Jill is a gifted healer and a beautiful soul. She directs loving energy where it needs to go. I had some back muscle “kinks” and after the session the “kinks” worked themselves out. I left with so much energy that I went home and cleaned my house. We are so lucky to have Jill in Jefferson City
